Parking access is delivered digitally, not shipped.

1. No physical shipping

YouCanPark does not dispatch physical products. There are no courier, postal, packing, or physical shipping charges for a parking booking.

2. How a booking is delivered

After a seeker submits a booking request, YouCanPark shows its current status in the app. Where host approval is required, the booking is delivered only after the host accepts it and any required online payment is successfully confirmed.

The app then provides the confirmed date and time, parking location, applicable rules, booking reference, the online reservation-fee status, the amount to pay the host at check-in, and the access or entry instructions supplied for that space.

3. Delivery timing

Instant-book spaces are normally confirmed immediately after successful payment. Approval-based requests depend on the host responding within the period shown in the app. A request that is rejected, expires, or cannot be confirmed is handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Access instructions and privacy

Entry details that could expose a private property are shown only when needed for an eligible confirmed booking. Seekers must use them solely to access the booked parking space and must not publish or reuse them.

5. Service area and availability

Parking is available only where active hosts have published eligible spaces. Availability, operating hours, vehicle restrictions, and host approval can vary by listing and selected time.

6. Delayed or failed delivery

If a confirmed booking, receipt, or access instruction does not appear, refresh the booking in the app and check the account used for payment. Do not create a duplicate payment unless the first attempt is clearly marked failed.
