Terms of service
A fair operating agreement for both sides of the space.
These terms describe the responsibilities of seekers, hosts, and YouCanPark when a space is listed, booked, used, cancelled, or reviewed.

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using YouCanPark, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement in India.
2. YouCanPark's role
YouCanPark is a technology marketplace. Hosts offer parking spaces and seekers request or book them. YouCanPark does not own, operate, supervise, or guarantee every listed space. We may review listings, accounts, or incidents, but that review does not replace each user's responsibility to act lawfully and safely.
3. Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report unauthorised use. Phone, identity, host, listing, or ownership/permission checks may be required when reasonably needed for trust and safety. Verification is not a guarantee of future conduct.
4. Host responsibilities
- List only a space you own, rent, manage, or have permission to offer.
- Keep location, access, dimensions, restrictions, pricing, availability, photographs, and entry instructions accurate.
- Honour accepted bookings, provide safe and lawful access, and disclose material restrictions before booking.
- Comply with property, society, lease, tax, municipal, and other applicable requirements.
- Collect only the parking amount and method shown in the confirmed booking, at check-in, and acknowledge it in the app.
5. Seeker responsibilities
- Use the booked space only for the confirmed vehicle and period.
- Follow lawful access instructions and displayed parking rules.
- Do not block access, damage property, create a nuisance, or leave a vehicle after the booking ends.
- Review the listing, price, cancellation outcome, and vehicle details before confirming.
- Report access, safety, payment, or property issues promptly through YouCanPark.
6. Bookings, fees, and payments
A booking is subject to availability, successful payment of the displayed reservation fee and applicable tax, and, where required, host acceptance. The app separately shows (a) the amount YouCanPark collects online and (b) the parking amount the seeker must pay directly to the host at check-in by an accepted method. YouCanPark does not hold or settle that direct parking payment. Fee changes apply only to future bookings.
The seeker and host must keep the reservation, check-in, direct-payment acknowledgement, messages, support cases, and review inside YouCanPark. They must not use contact or listing information obtained through YouCanPark to move the same or a substantially related parking transaction outside the service or avoid a disclosed fee. The direct host payment expressly shown in a confirmed booking is part of the approved flow and is not a bypass.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The outcome displayed immediately before cancellation is the financial snapshot for that booking. YouCanPark can refund only the online amount it collected; it cannot automatically refund money paid directly to a host. The current rules are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Older bookings created under a previous collection model remain governed by their recorded price and cancellation snapshot.
8. Safety, messages, and prohibited conduct
Do not use YouCanPark for fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, unlawful surveillance, unsafe activity, false listings, payment manipulation, scraping, credential sharing, malicious code, or attempts to bypass security. Booking chat may be retained and reviewed when necessary for support, safety, fraud, or disputes.
9. Enforcement and service availability
We may limit, pause, remove, or investigate an account, listing, booking, payment acknowledgement, legacy withdrawal, or feature when information is false, a risk is reported, money is disputed, law requires it, or these terms are breached. We may correct errors and change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Responsibility and disputes
Users remain responsible for their vehicles, property, conduct, listings, access rights, and compliance with law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YouCanPark is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for acts of another user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Contact support@youcanpark.in first so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction in India.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to support@youcanpark.in.
